Bennett Nemser, PhD, is Chief Program Officer at the Steven & Alexandra Cohen Foundation, where he oversees the foundation’s health portfolios, including the Cohen Psychedelic Research & Health Initiative and the Cohen Lyme & Tick-Borne Disease Initiative. He holds a PhD in Public Health and an MBA, and has extensive experience with global health systems in developing countries. Bennett previously served as a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant for UNICEF and the World Health Organization (WHO) and has a background in governmental finance and budgeting.
